6 Guests: Up to 6 guests allowed. And we are kid friendly!
Captain & Crew: Captain Adam + one crew member. Tips are not included; however, 20% is customary for good service.
Refreshments & Food: Bottled water, a coolers stocked with ice & any snacks on hand.
Equipment, etc.: Fuel, bait, tackle, and rods. We fillet and prepare your catch when we dock.
Safety First: Life jackets, first aid kit & life raft.
50% deposit due at booking.

Legasea Policies
Cancellations & Refunds
For a full refund of your deposit, at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled charter is required. Cancellations within 48 hours of the charter receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations the day of or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Fishing conditions vary. While our crew works hard to maximize your chances, catching fish is NOT guaranteed. No refunds are issued due to lack of catch.
Incliment Weather
Only Captain Adam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any charter in the interest of passenger and crew safety in the event of adverse weather conditions. We’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
Alcohol & Illegal Substances
We maintain a strict no hard alcohol and no illegal substances policy. Beer, wine, and canned beverages are welcome in moderation. Any use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the vessel and forfeiture of all payments.
Glass & Other Items
Glass and personal coolers are prohibited aboard Legasea.
Children Under 13
Children 13 years or younger must wear a life jacket for the duration of the charter.
Photography & Videography
We take photos & videos of passengers, activities, marine life, and scenic views during the charter. We reserve the right to use these images or videos for our website, social media, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional materials. If you prefer not to have your image used for these purposes, please inform Captain Adam at the start of your charter.
