Legasea Pricing & Inclusions
Here’s what’s covered in our pricing when you book with us:
4 Guests: Prices listed for charters include 4 guests. Add up to 2 additional guests for $50 each.
Captain & Crew: At least one crew member in addition to Captain Adam will be present to enhance your experience. Tips for crew are not included & discretionary; however, 20% of the charter cost is customary for good service.
Refreshments & Food: Complimentary bottled water, a cooler stocked with ice & any snacks we have on hand.
Equipment, etc.: All fuel, bait, tackle, and rods provided.
Safety First: Legasea is equiped with life jackets, first aid kit & life raft.
Only a 50% deposit is due at time of booking. Balance due at the time of charter. Balance can be paid via cash, credit, venmo, or zelle.

Boarding Checklist
Food & Beverages
While we have bottled water & some snacks available, we encourage you to bring your own food and drinks, especially for full-day charters. Personal coolers aren’t allowed, but no worries—our onboard refrigerators are available for your goodies. For everyone’s safety, glass is not permitted on the Legasea. However, we do have plastic cups, stemware, plates & utensils!
Sun Protection
The sun can be intense, even on cloudy days. Be sure to pack sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and any other items you typically use to shield from the rays.

Legasea policies
By paying a deposit you agree to the below:
Cancellations & Refunds
For a full refund of your deposit, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled charter. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the charter receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations the day of or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Captain Adam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any charter in the interest of passenger and crew safety, including due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
Children Under 10
Children 10 years or younger must wear a life jacket for the duration of the charter. Please discuss this with Captain Adam prior to booking.
Photography & Videography
Our crew may take photos or videos of passengers, activities, marine life, and scenic views during the charter. Legasea Charters reserves the right to use these images or videos for our website, social media, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed or have your image used, please inform the captain or crew at the start of your charter, and we’ll do our best to honor your request.
