We require 50% deposit at the time of booking and at least 48hour notice for cancellation to receive a full refund. Cancellations on the day of the charter will receive a 50% refund. Your safety is our first priority, the Captain may determine that the charter needs to be rescheduled due to the weather and will notify the point of contact on the reservation immediately.

Food, beverages, sunscreen and gratuity for the crew are not included in the charter cost. Tips are discretionary, however 20% of the charter cost is customary for good service.

You should bring your own food, drinks (no glass), hats, sunglasses and sunscreen. We provide bottled water and a cooler for your use. Personal cooler contents can be transferred before leaving the dock, personal coolers are not permitted on the boat.

We guarantee that we will try very hard, but fishing is fishing and we cannot control all the factors that the ocean provides. With that said, our Captain and Mates are very good and usually if they aren’t catching fish, no one is. We truly want everyone to have a great experience and we promise that we will always strive to provide that!

Children are welcomed and encouraged. Our crew is very family oriented and will help children have a great time on both cruises and fishing charters. When booking the trip please inform us on how many kids and what ages they are. It is preferred that you bring your own USCG approved life vest but please inform us ahead of time if you are unable to.

During your charter experience with Charter LEGASea, our crew may take photographs and/or videos to capture the highlights of the trip. These images may include passengers, activities, marine life, and scenic views.

By booking and boarding our vessel, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Consent to Photography: You grant Charter LEGASea the right to take and use photographs and videos that may include your image for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, without compensation or further notice.

• Usage Scope: Photos and videos may be used on our website, social media platforms, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

• If requested, we will share the photos we take with you from the Charter via text and/or e-mail.

• Opt-Out Option: If you do not wish to be photographed or have your image used, please inform the captain or crew at the beginning of your charter. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
